Your purchase or use of an All Is Well Holistic Spa Gift Card or Gift Certificate (collectively “Gift Cards”) indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions:

  1. Usage & Redemption: The Gift Card must be presented at the time of redemption. It can be used exclusively at All Is Well Holistic Spa for any available services or products. It cannot be used as gratuity or combined with any other offer or discount.
  2. Non-Cash Redemption: Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or credit, except as required by applicable law. Unused value remains on the card and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  3. Non-Refundable: Gift Cards are final sale and non-refundable.
  4. Promotional Gift Cards: Promotional Gift Cards cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. They may have specific expiration dates, activation periods, and other restrictions outlined in their accompanying materials. Full value must be used in one visit.
  5. Debit/Credit Card Limitations: This is not a debit/credit card and does not carry any implied warranties.
  6. Security: All Is Well Holistic Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or unauthorized cards use. Please keep your Gift Cards secure.
  7. Additional Payment: If the value of the Gift Card is less than the total purchase amount, an additional payment method will be required for the balance.
  8. Expiration Date: Promotional Gift Cards expire one year after purchase unless otherwise noted. The amount paid expiration is based on state law.
  9. Change of Terms: All Is Well Holistic Spa reserves the right to change these Gift Card Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  10. Service Duration: Service durations listed on gift cards include time for preparation, consultation, and post-service dressing.

All Is Well Holistic Spa Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction
    The All Is Well Holistic Spa Rewards Program (“Program”) is designed to enhance your experience by rewarding you for your loyalty. Through this Program, you can earn points for services, referrals, gift card purchases, and more. All members are automatically enrolled in the Program upon joining our Wellness Program, and your participation indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you wish to opt out of the Program, please inform the spa. However, we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity for maximum benefits.
  2. Eligibility
    To be eligible for the Program, you must:
  • Be an active member of the All Is Well Wellness Program.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Reside in Texas, United States.

Members whose Wellness Program memberships are suspended or terminated are ineligible to earn or redeem Rewards Points. Points will expire if membership is terminated or if no account activity occurs for over a year. Points cannot be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash.

  1. Earning Rewards Points
    After joining the Wellness Program, members automatically earn Rewards Points (“Points”) as follows:
  • Membership Enrollment: Earn 500 Points when joining the Wellness Program.
  • Services and Purchases: Earn 5 Points per dollar spent on services, products, gift cards, upgrades, and monthly membership fees.
  • Referral Bonus: Earn 1,000 Points for each friend referred who completes their first service.
  • Booking Online or Pre-Booking: Earn 50 Points for scheduling a monthly appointment online and pre-booking the next appointment.

All Is Well Holistic Spa reserves the right to modify the point structure or available services without liability. Members can monitor their Rewards Points balance by logging into their member account.

  1. Redeeming Rewards Points
    Points can be redeemed for the following services at participating spa locations:
  • 60-Minute Hot Stone Massage or Rejuvenating Facial: 9,000 Points
  • 60-Minute Massage or Signature Facial: 7,000 Points

Only one reward can be redeemed per visit.

  1. Refunds & Returns
    If an eligible purchase is refunded, the corresponding Rewards Points will be rescinded.
  2. Reward Conditions
    Rewards may be subject to taxes based on federal, state, and local laws. Members are responsible for any associated tax obligations. Points and rewards are solely the liability of the All Is Well Holistic Spa that issued them.
  3. Termination & Changes
    All Is Well Holistic Spa reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time without notice. Membership may be terminated for a breach of these Terms and Conditions or actions inconsistent with the Program’s intent.
  4. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state where All Is Well Holistic Spa operates. Members consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes arising out of the Program in courts located within that state.

 

All Is Well Holistic Spa Membership Terms and Conditions

  1. Membership Benefits: Active members receive a package of massage or signature facial services each month, varying in length from one to two hours based on the membership package chosen.
  2. Additional Services: Members may purchase an unlimited number of additional massage and facial services for themselves at discounted rates.
  3. Service Rollover: Unused services can be rolled over to the next month. Upon termination of membership, accumulated services expire 90 days after cancellation.
  4. Retail Discounts: Members receive a 10% discount on retail products.
  5. Gift Card and Guest Privileges: Members can purchase unlimited gift cards and bring an unlimited number of guests at member rates, limited to two discounted services per guest every six months.
  6. Nationwide Acceptance: Membership privileges and prepaid services are available at all All Is Well locations.
  7. Rewards Program: Members participate in our rewards program and can earn services and discounts. Details are available in the rewards program section.
  8. Membership Freeze Option:
    • Memberships may be frozen for one to three months.
    • Memberships can only be frozen twice within 12 months, with a minimum 30-day gap between freezers.
    • A freeze fee may apply.
    • Members can redeem accumulated services during a freeze but cannot access other membership benefits.
  9. Membership Eligibility:
    • One EFT payment is required for freezing eligibility.
    • Freezing is at the spa’s discretion, based on circumstances.
    • Up to six service credits can be transferred per year.
  10. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable: Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  11. Member Information: Members must notify the spa of any changes to their contact or payment information.
  12. Guest Conduct: Guests must adhere to spa rules and regulations. The spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services.
  13. Policy Changes: The spa reserves the right to modify policies and pricing with reasonable notice.
  14. Appointment Cancellation: A 24-hour advance notice is required for cancellations, or a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will apply.
  15. Liability: The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
  16. Age Requirements:
  • Children under 12 are not allowed in the spa.
  • Clients under 18 need written consent from a parent or guardian to receive services.
  • Children 15 and under require a parent or guardian to remain in the treatment room during the service.
  • Teens aged 13 and older can receive a Teen Facial.

  1. Introductory Offers: Available only for first-time visitors and cannot be used for purchasing gift cards.
  2. Consultation and Dressing Time: Each session includes time for a brief consultation and dressing.
  3. Rates and Services: These may vary depending on location.
  4. Enhancements: Included within the one-hour service. Offers cannot be combined.
  5. Ownership: The spa is independently owned and operated.
  6. Pregnancy and Medical Conditions: Certain massages or enhancements may not be suitable for pregnant customers or those with specific medical conditions. A doctor’s note may be necessary.
  7. Postpartum Recommendations: Massages are not recommended until six weeks postpartum. The spa will attempt to reschedule services until this timeframe.
  8. Age Restrictions:
    • Massage: Minimum age is 14, as long as state laws don’t dictate otherwise.
    • Teen Facial: Minimum age is 13.
    • For clients under 18, a parent/guardian must sign a consent form.
